We have made several changes to the site administrator functionality to enhance your experience and assist you to transition into the new model.
It is recommended that each company has a designated administrator account. In
some cases it may be prudent to have several but you can have as many as you
think you will require. Administrator accounts need to be created by us. There are no forms to complete, you just need to drop us a mail by clicking here and it needs to contain
Your Account Number
The Full name of the administrator/s
Their position in the company
Their direct email address/s (we cannot accept sales@ info@ etc)

We have given extra power to the administrators of your account which will save your company time
Create Accounts
You can now add your own users with no delay. Access is instant.
Set the access rights of your users
Once you have created a user you can then decide whether you wish them to have full purchasing access or the ability to view and use the sight but without the ability to place orders. this allows better control over your companies users.
Reset user accounts
Should one of your users forget their password, this can be reset and
issued to them immediately saving an email to us to do it for you, saving you
time.
Automatic Lock out
Should your password attempt fail too many times then the account will need to
be reset, you can do this instantly. We allow you 3 attempts before you are
locked out.

with us meaning much easier control of your web users.
Northamber PLC have always recommended that customers assign individual login IDs for each user requiring access to our website and that user IDs should not be shared amongst multiple users. The above revisions to the Northamber PLC security policy and the associated website functionality now ensure that this is the case. You will now be required to have one login ID issued for each person that requires access to www.northamber.com in your organization.
